St. Ives War Memorial & Memorial Gardens

The St. Ives N.C.I. (National Coastwatch Institution) Station on Island promontory on the north side of St. Ives.  The gun emplacement was constructed in 1860 as part of the shore defences against a possible invasion by Napoleon III.
