The New Zealand Memorial at ‘sGraventafel is one of a number of similarly styled New Zealand memorials along the Western Front that commemorate actions involving the  New Zealand Division, sited on or near the battlefields where they fought.

Polygon Wood – Black Watch Corner & Lieutenant Colonel Lewis Pugh Evans V.C.

Black Watch Corner can be found at the south western corner of Polygon Wood, the memorial that stands there remembering the men of the Black Watch who died in the Great War.

Dublin – Arbour Hill Cemetery

Arbour Hill Cemetery was opened in about 1840, as a military burial ground for soldiers based at the adjacent Royal Barracks.

Mametz Wood – Flatiron Copse Cemetery

A few hundred yards north of the 38th Welsh Division Memorial, Flatiron Copse Cemetery is situated alongside the road at the north eastern edge of Mametz Wood.
