    The pictures of the war memorial and in the Garden of Rememberance were made by my Grandfather Joseph Nicholls, J Nicholls and son. He was paid by Lostwithiel Council £175, to bye the granite from a qarry on Bodmin Moor, except for the top section, which came from he qurry at Luxilyan, and a second £175 when it war compleatedin 1921, By father added the wwii block in 1946. I have kept them in good order for the post 30 years.
