It might interest you to know that in 1901, up on Podhu Head behind where the building now stands, Marconi transmitted the first transatlantic radio signals; you can still find evidence if you take a wander along the cliff tops.

Update 2018:

Bats in the belfry, probably, badgers in the churchyard, certainly.
