A Tour of Langemark Part Five – Langemark German Military Cemetery
On the northern outskirts of Langemark, this is one of only four German Great War cemeteries to be found today in Belgian Flanders.

As we head towards Steenwerck, our next stop finds us at the German Cemetery named after the commune.

At the far north western end of Pont-de-Nieppe Communal Cemetery, beneath the willow trees, 790 German Great War casualties are buried in one of a number of small German cemeteries to be found in this part of French Flanders.
